MENTOR.

John is a dedicated mentor who actively works with youth organisations and schools, making a positive impact on the lives of young individuals through personalised one-two-one mentoring and engaging group sessions. His commitment to empowering young people from disadvantaged backgrounds is evident in his work with various organisations.

Recently, John collaborated with Child Friendly Coventry, where he provided workshops to young people from 10 primary schools in Coventry. These workshops served as a platform for self-expression, creativity, and personal growth, allowing the participants to explore their voices and talents under John's guidance.

Currently, John plays a vital role at the Mac Project, located at the Coventry Boys and Girls Club. Through the power of music and well-being, he engages young people from marginalised communities, providing them with a safe and supportive space to express themselves and develop essential life skills. By using music as a medium, John fosters a sense of belonging, confidence, and personal empowerment among these young individuals.

John's drive to ensure that young people from disadvantaged communities have a voice is at the core of his mentoring efforts. He believes in creating opportunities for them to be heard, seen, and valued, empowering them to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. Through his mentorship, he instills resilience, self-belief, and a strong sense of community in the young individuals he works with.
